We learn from our rabbinic tradition that Torah is transmitted through fire, water and wilderness. We will use this text as a jumping off point to explore the elements of fire, water, and earth in biblical, rabbinic, and mystical texts and the wisdom they might offer us.

As we approach the season of Spring and the festival of Purim, we will resource ourselves through the elements which run through us and surround us. All text will be provided in the original and in translation. Homework between each session will offer nature connection practices to embody the texts.
